the location was great because a supermarket and several food options were very close. these places are open after midnight making late night snacks easy to get. the metro station was also conveniently close to the building. taxi service was available at any time.
waiting for lifts took a very long time.

the pool and bar area was amazing. the room size and quality were top notch! the staff complied with my request at the last minute. they adjusted everything grandly.
the elevators were a complete disaster. five lifts for 521 rooms are not enough. it resulted in constantly squeezing into overcrowded unsafe lifts. the check-in and check-out process was disorganized. it was complete chaos.

i adored my stay! the location rocks because it is close to the dubai mall and burj khalifa! the room service was excellent, and the reception staff were super friendly. the rooftop restaurant has good food with amazing views i found good.
the lifts became a little busy, so i waited a bit when i wanted to reach the top floors.

the hotel pool area looked superb with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. the gym looked well-equipped with several treadmills, bikes, and free weights. i spotted a business center with computers and printers, so that was a convenient thing i saw.

the hotel is pretty close to many key attractions i wanted to visit, like the dubai mall and burj khalifa, so that was a huge plus. the metro station is right in front of the hotel entrance. taxis were readily available outside the building.

the staff were friendly and professional . i observed quick and efficient room service when i ordered snacks late at night. the front desk provided prompt assistance with all my inquiries i had.

the rooms were beautifully furnished and the bed was large and comfortable. the bathroom had nice lighting, and i found the location convenient. the swimming pool was also a nice feature.
The gym was small. It could not hold more than two or three people. the breakfast had limited options with bad quality. the elevators were always busy. I was unlucky and had one out of service for over 24 hours, difficult to leave the room.
